In April 2007, Lake Cities Community Church opened its doors to the community. Of course, the next order of business was to get people through those doors, a dilemma for any new business.
"As a new church, our first goal was to build awareness and put our message in every home in the Lake Ray Hubbard area," explains Pastor Craig Schill. "The best way to achieve that was through advertising. We looked at several options and the LakeView Image was a natural fit. It was a nice-looking, full-color magazine with a good distribution throughout the Rockwall, Rowlett and Heath communities."
The LakeView Image is published bi-monthly and delivered the first of February, April, June, August, October and December. It is direct-mailed, free of charge to over 39,000 households in Rockwall, Rowlett and Heath. It is also distributed to the Rockwall and Rowlett Chamber of Commerce, local businesses, area realtors, doctor’s offices, model homes and area retail establishments bringing the total distribution to over 41,000.
The benefits of advertising with the LakeView Image have been two-fold for Lake Cities Community Church. "First of all, people have visited our church after seeing our ad in the LakeView Image," continues Pastor Schill. "Secondly, it has built awareness of the church in the community. When I introduce myself, people will tell me that they’ve seen our ad in the LakeView Image."
"Another benefit to LakeView Image is it has a longer shelf life than newspapers. It means our message is extended," points out Pastor Schill, which means more bang for your advertising dollar.
"I’ve dealt with a lot of media and the LakeView Image staff has been very personal. I feel very connected and appreciate their attention. We have established a good relationship and it makes it easy to advertise [with the LakeView Image]," sums up Pastor Schill.
With coverage to virtually all households and businesses in Rockwall, Rowlett and Heath, the LakeView Image magazine is the most efficient and cost-effective way to get your advertising message out. Contact 214-205-6769 for more information. |
